Q. Where is VIP Suites LV located?
A. VIP Suites LV is located in the exciting city of Las Vegas, Nevada.


Q. Is there a minimum spend for your decor services?
A. Yes. Minimum spend is $250 or 2hrs for decor service.

Q. Does VIP Suites LV travel out of state?
A. YES! A travel fee is required for all out-of-state bookings that varies depending on date and location. Please visit our pricing tab for the cities we currently travel to.

Q. Does VIP Suites LV book hotel rooms and Airbnbs?
A. NO. We only provide room decor service. We DO NOT book your hotel room or Airbnb.

Q. Does the client have to be present during the decoration process?
A. NO. Although it is the choice of the client. Most customers book us as a surprise gift to a friend or loved one, so they choose not to be around while our staff are decorating.


Q. Does VIP Suites travel outside of the U.S.?
A. No.

Please note that there is a non-refundable 60% deposit due at the time of booking for all clients.
The remaining balance is due 24hrs prior to room set-up.

Bookings should be scheduled at least 1 week in advance.

Last minute bookings may be accommodated, however subject to availability.

Out-of-state clients are recommended to book at least 4 weeks in advance to secure availability.

Bookings are not confirmed until your deposit is received.

We accept the following payment types: Visa, Mastercard, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp

VIP Suites LV is not responsible for room clean up and/or any hotel fees associated with such.
Next day cleanup services are available for an additional fee.

VIP Suite LV is not responsible for any injuries caused within your booking location as a result of our decorations.

For clients who booked a additional cleaning service, you must be willing to leave your hotel room or Airbnb at least 30 mins before checkout.

The deposit is transferable in the circumstance of rescheduling a booking date. It is imperative to provide notification a minimum of 14 days before the initial booking date; otherwise, forfeiture of the deposit will occur. A $20 rebooking fee is applicable for all rescheduling transactions. Failure to reschedule a date within a 90-day timeframe will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Late fee of $30 if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment.

Booking will be cancelled if you are more than 30 minutes late to your specified arrival time.

All deposits are non-refundable.
